AWS 6013 Welding Electrodes    ( X-RAY QUALITY ELECTRODES )

MT-12 is low carbon steel type electrodes with Mania coating. ( Titania Coating ) It has excellent welding technological performances. The arc is stable end the spatter loss is negligible. The stag is fluid and when hardened it is compact and easy to remove. The welds have smooth appearance. It is suitable for at position welding of steel sheets and irregular joints even under unfavorable conditions.

AWS 7018 Welding Electrodes :

MT 48 is a Low Hydrogen Electrode, Containing iron powder for ordinary or low alloy steel, as the flux contains iron powder it melts with high efficiency, the melting rate is around 110% , It operates in all positions in AC as well as DC, ( AC open circuit voltage > 70 V ), The weld metal deposit is Highly Ductile, tough & Crack Resistant.
