MOLYKOTE LONGTERM 2 PLUS has: - longer runs between relubrication - less maintenance - increased safety at work, increasing yield. Even under the highest surface loads, MOLYKOTE LONGTERM 2 PLUS reduces friction, metal contact and consequently excessive wear. Based on its adhesion and sealing properties, MOLYKOTE LONGTERM 2 PLUS grease can be safely applied as a long-term lubricant under unfavourable environmental conditions (moisture, dust, Vibration, water jet, etc.). It improves considerably the softening conditions and favours a quieter operation of the machines. MOLYKOTE LONGTERM 2 PLUS grease is applied in rolling and sliding bearings as a maximum load lubricant.

Field of application
MOLYKOTE LONGTERM 2 PLUS must be applied mainly where high loads are required and where efficient protection against corrosion and long-term lubrication is required, for example in bearings subjected to high loads, joints in general, spindles and Guides, places subjected to environmental influences, vibrations and irregular movements, humidity, cargo vehicles, tractors, cranes, dredges, etc.
How to use
Remove all old grease residues with a solvent and wait for drying. Normal application like other greases. In bearings, fill gaps between beads. The bearing must be half filled. For bearings working at low speeds, the bearing can be completely filled. On sliding bearings, grease must be pumped until the old one is completely expelled. Avoid mixing with greases containing another type of base. It can be used in centralised and automatic systems. Observe the manufacturer's instructions for bearings.
