A - SPE No Rust - Tape

PRODUCT NAME

The A - SPE No Rust - Tape is corrosion protection plastic tape, adequate for A 30 class according to DIN-EN 30672 and PN - EN 12068.

APPLICATION

No Rust-Tape is applied as corrosion protection of T-joints, curve sections of pipe, flanges and muff joints, pipe fittings and valves as protection of underground installations placed in wells

INSTRUCTION OF USAGE

• Clean the surface thoroughly from rust, grease and moisture.
• Clean and tarnish present isolation ends with abrasive paper(about 10 cm length on each end). Bevel edges.
• Wrap the tape around the surface spirally stretching a bit and overlapping 50% of the tape on about 10 cm of the present isolation.
• Even the surface of applied coating manually or using trowel. Press to adjust the tape to any irregularity of protected element.

PACKING

Each rolls is packed in individual wrapping protecting the product against mechanical and environmental damages.

TRANSPORT

The product is transported in a collective package consisting of 12 or 24 individual rolls (depending on the product size). The containers are additionally covered with a moisture resistant protective foil.

STORAGE

The product can be stored for indefinite period of time at approximately 20DoC and 50% +/- 5% relative humidity
